Cool Blue Takes Home the Gold Wins Two WebAwards and "Best of Best" Recognition from the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association
It's one thing to gain recognition from a panel of nameless judges. It's quite another to win a face-off against your hyper-competitive peers. This month, we're enjoying the fruits of both.
The Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA) announced this week that Cool Blue won a "Best of the Best" award in recognition of our e-marketing work for Natural Body International. The AiMA awards competition is designed to showcase interactive marketing campaigns that demonstrate the best creative work in the Southeast.
That announcement comes just weeks after Cool Blue was named winner of two coveted WebAwards from the Web Marketing Association. In addition to winning "Best in Industry" honors for our redesign of the San Jose Repertory Theatre's Web site (www.sjrep.com), Cool Blue's work on Natural Body's site (www.naturalbody.com) garnered an "Outstanding Achievement in Website Development" award.

Cool Blue's Bo Simmons and John Hashimoto joined nearly 150 interactive agencies and 350 marketers in Indianapolis, Indiana for the second annual ExactTarget Global Conference. Attendees learned the latest techniques in email deliverability, targeting and segmentation, and personalization.

Cool Blue Client Services Team Grows
You'll be hearing more from three new members of the Cool Blue team:
- Senior producer John Fouts comes to us from the Information Design and Technology Studio at Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and Associates, one of Atlanta's top architecture and interior design firms. John is now in charge of managing design and user experience for Cool Blue.
- Web developer Jason Edelman, an Emory graduate, already has nearly a decade of experience designing and building Web sites. At Cool Blue, he is in charge of Web site maintenance and enhancement, as well as email marketing.
- Account executive Lindsay Head joins us from the University of Georgia with a degree in public relations. Lindsay will help us retain and nurture current client accounts and develop new business.
